Details
There is a 50% non-refundable down payment required (to secure your date) at the time of booking, and the remainder is due one week prior to the event.
Please note that the hours assigned to your event include all set-up and all clean-up.
A refundable contingency deposit to cover possible damage, clean-up issues, and overtime usage is required with final payment. The amount will depend on the size and nature of the event.
If your event is completely private and guests are not charged for the drink, you may bring your own beer and wine (including champagne). An additional fee applies. If you prefer, you can also use an insured vendor for beer, wine, and champagne service. Please contact us for more information.
If your event is not completely private or guests will be charged for drinks licensed and insured vendor is required. Only beer, wine and champagne are allowed.
You are responsible for returning the Venue (and site if applicable) to the condition it was provided in (zero-footprint). Should you wish to leave the clean up to us, that option is available.
Outside food and catering is permitted.
If your event goes over your alloted package, you may be charged for additional time.
